This leafy lathered oasis was a project commissioned by a hair stylist/ salon owner in midtown Manhattan on 59th Street near the Bloomingdale’s shopping center. She wanted the space to have a sophisticated forestry vibe. I wrapped the walls in a leaf patterned easy to clean wallpaper, mounted some shelving for the hair products, hung the viewing body mirrors, and drilled some faux plants with up-side-down pottery from the ceiling.
